Made to Your Opening, Not to a Stock Size
Most custom built entry doors on the market are picked from a size chart and shimmed into place. Ours aren't. WANJIA Hiseng builds each door to the rough opening you send us, at a factory in Foshan that has been running since 2012. Full customization is available, along with drawing-based and sample-based work, so a narrow opening and a tall opening are two different jobs, not two SKUs.
The minimum order sits at 2 square meters, which means a single replacement door for a homeowner is fine, and so is a larger run for an apartment building. You don't have to buy a container to get a custom size. That's the part most North American buyers don't expect from an overseas factory, and it's usually the first thing they ask about.
Energy performance is worth checking before you commit to any supplier. The NFRC is the trusted, independent, nonprofit certification body for the energy performance of windows, doors and skylights, and its label lets buyers compare products across categories. Ask any factory what documentation backs its door, and read the label rather than the brochure.
What You Specify Before We Quote
Six things decide the quote. Miss one and the number comes back wrong.
Rough opening
Measure the width and height at three points and take the smallest figure. Send that, not the size of the old door. The finished unit comes in so it sits and shims correctly.
Swing and handing
Single, double, combination with sidelights, pivot or full-open. Tell us which way the door swings and which side the hinges sit on when you stand outside looking in. Getting this backwards is an expensive mistake.
Glass and finish
Laminated, Low-E, frosted or mirrored glass. Fluorocarbon coating, wood-grain transfer or anodizing on the aluminum. Coastal jobs usually want the anodized or fluorocarbon route, and it's worth saying so up front.
Hardware and locking

You send the opening size, swing, glass, finish, hardware, quantity and destination port. We come back with a quote within 3 hours on average. Drawings follow, and nothing gets cut until you approve them. Production is usually 25-30 business days, depending on the design, materials and order volume. Payment runs by bank transfer or T/T, with trade terms EXW, FOB or CIF. We ship from Guangzhou, Foshan or Shenzhen port.
Packing is a wooden box and wooden frame, with glass packed separately so it doesn't ride against the frame. A tracking number goes out after shipment. Once the goods arrive, you get installation videos, written guidance and remote assistance from our team, and we stay on it until the project is finished. Warranty depends on the specific product and contract terms. For a multi-unit job, the useful move is to lock one repeatable spec first, then order against it, because a fixed spec keeps the lead time predictable across every phase.

Who makes custom size entry doors?
WANJIA Hiseng does, at a factory in Foshan that has been registered since 2012. Customization runs at minor, drawing-based, sample-based and full-custom levels, so you can send a sketch, a sample or a full spec set. How much does it cost to build a custom door?
We don't publish prices, because the number moves with size, door type, glass build-up, finish, hardware and smart lock options. A pivot door with mirrored laminated glass and a fingerprint lock is a different job from a plain single door. Send the opening size, swing, glass, finish, hardware, quantity and destination port, and you'll have a quote within 3 hours on average.
Does a big box store do custom entry doors?
That's a question for them, not us. What matters is what any supplier will actually build to. Ask whether the door is made to your rough opening or picked from a stock size, what the finished unit measures against the opening, which glass and finish options are real, and what documentation backs the energy performance. Those four answers tell you more than the brand on the truck.
What are the three colors not to paint your front door?
We sell aluminum doors with fluorocarbon coating, wood-grain transfer and anodizing, so paint color isn't our call. If you're painting a door, the usual advice is to avoid colors that fight the siding, the roof and the trim at the same time. Pick the finish first, then the color. On an aluminum door, the factory finish outlasts paint anyway.
